I also handled basic technical support with AOL (America Online) it includes password reset with the customers e-mail accounts, changing of security question and confidential information to verify their accounts including their last 4 digits of social security. Walking through customers with their computers and browsers. I also do basic trouble shooting with their modems for their internet connection. With email we walk them through on how to check their inbox and spam folders to look for important emails.

I worked for AOL previously for 1 year. We handled payments for the customer's monthly billing in order for them to continue their dial up internet connection including their email service. I also transfer them to our retentions department if the customers are eager to cancel their plan with us. It's basic but majority of the job is explaining their monthly billing and collecting payments from their banking.

I worked for WellCare for 6 months its an American company for medical drugs, I was with the pharmacy department handling phone calls for prescription medicine. Majority of the customers are seniors so I have to be patient and understanding with whatever emotion they are having. Being able to handle i rate customers and resolving their concerns is very heartwarming for me because I always pretend as if I am talking to my grandparents. I also do outbound phone calls just to remind them about their schedule in picking up their prescriptions and making sure that everything is in order. We handle concerns mostly about the pricing of medications and checking if that is under their coverage or their monthly plan.
