Profile Description

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative in the Business process outsourcing industry for almost 6 years and that gives me an edge when it comes to providing excellent service to our customers. After being with them for a long time, I resigned because I need to take care of my baby. I thought then that it was impossible to work in an office so I tried applying for a work from home position and luckily, I got hired by an insurance agency as an appointment setter. Our goal there is to set an appointment, guide them to the webinar and if they are interested, we would follow up with them until they sign a contract. After 3 months, I resigned and applied in a company where we do cold calling to homeowners who might be interested in selling and we also do real estate agent recruitment. I've been with them for almost a year. The most recent job that I had was with a real estate company where we do agent recruitment. I am hardworking, fast learner and very open to feedback.
