Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info, but you can call me Jill. To share my work experiences, my very first job was as a service crew in a fast food chain, and most of the rest were with BPO companies. For my first BPO company, I worked as a phone customer service representative/technical support for a local telco account for 1 year. For my second BPO company, I worked as a customer service representative/technical chat support for an international telco account for 1 year and 2 months. For my third BPO company, I worked as an email support customer service representative for a retail account for 6 months. In short, I have worked in BPO as a customer service representative through phone, chat, and email for about 3 years. I was then introduced to many different tools, including the basic ones: MS Word, MS Excel, Spreadsheets, MS Outlook, and more. I also learned transcription and affiliate marketing from my side hustles and worked as a part-time online English teacher and insurance verifier at an outsourced company in our city. Aside from those experiences, I would like to learn more about the freelancing industry, and I assure you that I am a very goal-oriented person, especially when it comes to my job.
