Certifications and Experience
I am a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) as of October 2024 and hold an NC 3 certification in Events Management obtained in May 2024. Additionally, I have authored international research published in February 2020. Currently, I am working as a Chat Support Representative and Subject Matter Expert at CSVNow Philippines, where I provide exceptional chat support for customer inquiries and handle sales processes to meet and exceed targets. Previously, I worked at GoTeam from May 2022 to August 2023 as a Customer Service Representative, where I managed customer inquiries across various sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, Target, Walmart, and Upgrade to see actual info through email communication, submitted warranty claim documents to vendors and suppliers, and processed return requests accurately and efficiently. My earlier role at Qualfon Philippines Inc. from February 2021 to December 2021 involved assisting customers in adding airtime to their phone numbers, troubleshooting devices, and handling inbound calls efficiently. Prior to that, I worked at Live2Sell Inc. from May 2020 to December 2020 as a Telesales Executive, conducting outbound calls to generate leads, performing data mining, and cold calling to drive sales.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management at the University of San Jose - Recoletos, set to graduate in 2025.
