I've been a customer service representative for more than 6 years. I spent 4 years with a US based telecommunications company. I assisted customers with their account, billing, and device issues. What I liked about that job is my conversation with them, and the stories they shared with me. I also spent almost 2 years with a US based online rental platform. I assisted users with their account verification, payment issues and I also helped them out in looking for a place to stay. What I enjoyed about this job is I talked to people all over the world, and I learned something about their culture.
