I worked for a BPO Industry / call center here in the Philippines which is Teletech Holdings Inc. from 2010 to 2016. The account I handled was Telstra (the biggest telecommunications company in Australia) I was assigned to the billing department as a front of house voice associate for 4 years and as a chat associate for 2 years.
When my only son was born, I rendered my resignation and dUpgrade to see actual info to work from home. I was hired as a Virtual Assistant Sales Executive at APX Hotels in Australia. My Boss then, owns 3 Hotels in Sydney (Central Business District area). I rendered my resignation after 2 years of working with APX because of some issues. I was then offered a job as a Virtual Assistant Sales Executive by the CEO of The Collectic Group of Hotels in Australia. I usually handle corporate accounts, I make sure all their needs and requirements are met, I make outbound calls and receive inbounds calls as well. My colleagues from the front desk calls me if there are guests, especially groups that are asking for discounts since our Front Desk don’t have delegation to give discounts, they endorse the guests and groups to me.
From March 2020 to October 2024, I was hired as a Client Relations Specialist for The OMC Group, The Bridge City Firm, and Stride Marketing. Most of our clients are Lawyers from USA and they communicate with me if they have requests with their websites and concerns with their placement in Google which I coordinate with our IT Team.
I have successfully performed my tasks with high degree of professionalism. My previous employer felt satisfied with my effort in my previous work.
