I am a reliable, enthusiastic, goal-driven individual. I have a total of 3 years experience in a BPO experience in which molds my skills in communicating and assisting international clients. I am someone who stick to my work ethics and core values and I treat my clients as business partners. My goal is to contribute towards the success of their business and turning their visions in reality. I can handle inbound and outbound sales. Making profit by selling array of items is a skill that is not new to me. Understanding the needs of my target market and making them realize the benefit of my service is my strength. In addition, my knowledge in social
media particularly Facebook is another edge that I can share to boost the profit of my business partners and for them to be know by their target market. I also have my own social media accounts in which I can use to earn money by engaging with my followers and other clients. . I
can do basic tasks like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and
Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, and Set
Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails. In addition, I can
also perform tasks such as internet research, generating and organizing leads, and have excellent English language comprehension. I am
willing to be trained and explore more in order to deliver a good service
toward the growth and success of my client's business once hired.
