Hi! I am Jo Upgrade to see actual info T. Upgrade to see actual info, a 24 year old aspiring customer service representative and dreaming to be a competent virtual assistant. Just a little background of my profession- I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary education major in English (Magna Cum Laude) and Civil Service Honor Graduate Eligible.
After I graduated in college, I entered the world of customer service associate
and I was in the same career in almost 2 years. Being a customer service with US clients, I learned to have great communication skills, empathy, deep understanding with the client, wide patience, and also to be an associate with huge passion with my
responsibilities. With almost 2 years of serving clients, I also improved my multi-tasking skills, my knowledge in computer literacy and also proficiency in sending emails.
Since that I have a background in video/photo editing, I became a good user of technology. I also mastered using Microsoft apps such as excel, word, and etc. since that I am already learning it since I was high school until now. Right now, I am looking for potential clients that I can share my equipped skills and to have a great start in being a virtual assistant. I can assure that I am trainable, adaptive, and always committed in my work. I have a great passion in learning and I do hope that I can start my career and excellence with you. Thank you!
