Been working in the call center for quite a while now. I started a customer service for the Airline company. My responsibility was to book a flight online. flight changes and reissuing tickets. Working as a technical support was the longest role I have in the call center industry. I worked mostly with telecom companies  My main role was to troubleshoot internet connectivity issues on the modem, router, and computers, email client, and. Currently working home-based as a technical support for Accounting program. This has allowed me to understand more about accounting and payroll systems. With this job, I am responsible for taking calls and resolving issues via phone and email. We create knowledge-based articles and respond to queries via the Community.
