Profile Description

Looking for somebody with great attention to detail, has experience with customer service and has the ability to lead people? I may be able to support you and your company.
I have been in the BPO industry for 12 years now. I have been a quality analyst for 8 years now and has handled SME and Team Leader positions in the past. I am greenbelt certified and has spearheaded projects involving defect reduction and adherence improvement. I have a deep understanding of the LEAN Methodology and its application to any industry. I am capable of handling several tasks at a time and have expertise in data  analytics, data mining and Microsoft tools. I am currently the person in charge for our team and I am responsible in sending reports to operations.  I am also a good typist. 
Over the years, I was selected QA of the year and has received several awards. I am also selected by HR to participate in a group of potential leaders learning automation, cloud computing and several other languages.
