Customer Service Representative

I worked in a BPO industry where i became a Customer Service for 6 years under Telco Account. With my previous work, I was able to enhance my skills especially in communicating. I am assisting customer concerns, we do sales and basic technical support inquiries. We handled inbound and outbound calls on our customers to maintain customer satisfaction. I have experience in chat support as well. I am glad that I was given a chance to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds and I can use that skills to help your organization. I have trust in myself that I can always do better. I am passionate about my work and always have desire in fulfilling them.
