Worked with non-voice or back office account and one of the channels in communicating is thru e-mail. We underwent business writing training and learned all the do's and don'ts in composing an email. This is one of the skills I enjoy doing the most and I can express myself into writing, and I convey messages that are simple and easy to follow or understand. Managing an Inbox is very crucial, I prioritize the urgent ones or with high importance and categorize emails as per the actions done (such as on Pending status, Completed or Done) and assigning emails to your colleagues based on their expertise on each email concern.

I have dealt with different customers from my previous job and provided an excellent service. We prioritised the needs and wants of the customers by replying to their e-mail on time, ensuring the travel details or reservations are correct, being friendly, and in case sudden changes will arise, we are doing an extra mile for them, ensuring that their concern will be addressed as soon as possible.

Communicated with different live agents on Alibaba; was provided with best quotations or proposals and these have been used to check the possible profit margins of each price range. Additionally, we had a video walk thru on how we have done this task.

Mainly used Helium 10 in looking for the best relevant keywords with high search volume. Used other tools such as wordstream and many more.

Exported all relevant keywords from Helium 10; identified all the most relevant to less, and with high to low in terms of search volume. Grouped each keyword from long tail to short tail keywords. Used the most relevant with high search volume keywords and optimized product listing (product title, product descriptions, subject matter and back-end). Had to review all the restricted keywords imposed by Amazon to prevent from violating the rules.

Looked for a potential winning product by using manual and auto-mative way. Used different tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa) in identifying the potential of the product and its market trends.

Had a basic graphic designing on Canva and I'm loving it! I will definitely make a schedule to hone this skills and use this as one of my edges in the future
