Profile Description

I am working as Credentialing & Staffing Account Manager for 4 years now. I started as a back office, promoted to Senior Credentialing Specialist to Account Supervisor and now Account Manager. I also have experience as a Lead Generation Specialist and Virtual Assistant for a year and worked as an Administrative Assistant for the rest of my career. I am good at communicating with the clients, organize the schedule and availability of the nurses, credential applicants, source candidates and organize files base on Joint Commission and contract standards. I am also good at organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings, taking minutes, drafting resolutions, following up on actions froUpgrade to see actual infoetings, maintaining statutory books, dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders, contributing to meeting discussions as and when required, letter writing and dealing with people in many walks of life. I am also computer literate, excellent in using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Publisher, and good at Graphic Design and Editing. I maybe not an expert in writing articles and copy reading but I am good at it also. I also worked as a Travel Agent before and undergone some training related to that kind of work. I am willing to undergo training if needed to be able to familiarize myself with the work that will be assigned to me. I am a person with initiative and knows how to handle criticism as long as it could help me improve.
