I have experience dealing with my customers' daily lives, lifestyles, and needs, so I know how to sell them the products that I offer.

I've learned from experience that, when it comes to customer service, you have to cater to every customer individually, because each customer has a story to tell, and they've almost certainly been aggravated or frustrated with the service they've already received. I'm here to make sure they're no longer upset and to change their experience from bad to good.

I’ve also learned to communicate in a way that's appropriate to the client’s needs and communication style. I enjoy working with a diverse customer base.

In my 5 years of dealing with different accounts and head officers, I've learned that doing your job is okay but doing it as a team would be much better. It can make your work easy.

I am always motivated to go to work cause I know that there's a lot of customers waiting to be assisted.
