Profile Description

I started working in the business process outsourcing industry in 2008. The first company that I worked for was E-telecare Global Services as a Sales Representative-Retention Agent. Part of my job is to make sure that I retain clients or keep them from canceling their accounts by offering alternatives that will fit their needs. I moved to JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a retail banker in 2011 and got promoted to Consumer Online Technology Support in 2013, where I took escalated calls and assisted clients navigate and troubleshoot their online banking accounts. Other than taking calls, I also assisted new hires. I acted as their peer coach or subject matter expert. My goal is to make sure that they are familiar with the products and services before they are endorsed to the production floor. I transferred to Virtual Branch Support in 2021. The job is to mUpgrade to see actual infoge assigned customers and proactively meet with them—over the phone—to build lasting relationships, discover needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
