Part of my job is to make sure that I retain clients or keep them from canceling their accounts by offering alternatives that will fit their needs. I moved to JP Morgan Chase & Co. as a retail banker in 2011 and got promoted to Consumer Online Technology Support in 2013, where I took escalated calls and assisted clients navigate and troubleshoot their online banking accounts.
