Most recently, I worked as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled member payments, benefit verifications, appointment coordination, and meticulous documentation of all customer interactions. This role strengthened my attention to detail and reinforced my ability to work with accuracy under pressure.
I am person with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new things. I’m confident that I can excel through hands-on training. As a fast learner, I demonstrated my adaptability when I started as a customer service representative, where I quickly navigated new tools and processes despite being new to the role.
I am familiar with a variety of tools that support productivity and communication in professional environments. I have basic experience with Trello and Asana for project management, ensuring tasks are tracked and deadlines are met. I also use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for document creation and collaboration.
For communication, I am comfortable with Viber, Zoom, and Teams for messaging and virtual meetings. Additionally, I have basic familiarity with Canva and CapCut for creating simple visual and video content.
