Resolving and give resolutions of the members concerns and inquiries about their benefits, account status and also for their medications. Acknowledging their experience and empathize of their feelings and situations. I'll be more happy to assist their concerns and inquiries because they are 65yrs. old and above sometimes I received calls from third parties like their relatives, broker or attorneys and also pharmacist transferring them to us about their medications if that is covered on their plan.
