I started in the customer service industry in 2007. I started as a Customer Service Agent for Paypal through ePerformax (that's the BPO) and then after a few months I was promoted Senior Support Specialist. I was with them for more than four years.
After Paypal, I joined AT& T for a brief period as a Technical Support Specialist before I went online as a Freelancer.
As a freelancer, I landed a job with VinAudit as Customer Service, in 2014. I was promoted to Operations Manager after a few months until my exit last March of this year. I was with VinAudit for ten years. I was with the during the founding years up and we grew it to an organization that now has more than 50 employees.
