Profile Description

I am an Admin Virtual Assistant, working for four years in a UK based company. I provide comprehensive support to daily operations. I am adept at handling diverse administrative task such as email correspondence, data entry, and document preparation. Creating and maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring easy retrieval of information and coordinating schedules. As required with my job role I have utilized various productivity tools.

I have a three years experience working as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant doing Product Research, Product Listing, Data Entry, Title Optimization and Photo Editing. Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Form, Slide), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation), and AI tools such as Canva, Bard and ChatGPT.

Before I started my online job journey, I used to work as a dedicated Customer Service Representative for two years in a BPO company. Successfully handled customer inquiries via phone. Managing and resolving complaints, providing product assistance, and ensuring timely and accurate information is conveyed to customers. Exceeding performance metrics and received acknowledgment for my outstanding service.

For more than a year, I worked in a Wellness Company and acquire skills in office clerical works. Meeting and dealing with customers face to face is one of my top role.

I am prepared in solving problem and I easily adapt to new learnings. I am responsible, disciplined, good at time management, and can work with flexibility.
