Hi my Name is Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info. I worked as a customer service presentative and technical support in BPO companies for 7 years and I worked as a virtual assistant and appointment setter for 7 years in a WFH environment. 
My previous jobs  that I want to highlight is that I was a  virtual assistant where I demonstrated excellent results with my metrics. My tasks were to send inventories on Amazon, calling customer to ensure that their orders were processed and arrived in a timely manner and writing blogs for the company as well. Also, I was the top appointment setter for almost 5 years. I set 2-3 appointments per day. I believe I have the strong background as a virtual assistant and I am confident that I will be able to succeed in this role. 
I am very flexible. For 14 years of experience in this industry I accomplished different positions in BPO industries and WFH environment. I do have a strong work ethics and I believe I can handle this job really well.
