Profile Description

I am skillful and accomplished different positions in BPO Industries. I worked virtually at DermPRO as an Appointment Setter for 7 years and 6 months. My tasks are to do outbound calls and send emails to potential customers for the aesthetic space like Dermatologists, Med spas, and Plastic Surgeons. I made sure that I scheduled qualified leads for my boss to do the webinar. I made sure I put relevant and correct information in Salesforce and it was transitioned to Go High Level. I also do research through LinkedIn for potential customers.
