I have 9.5 years' experience as a Credit and Collection Specialist which is responsible for credit collections on all accounts by contacting the customer by phone, e-mail and written correspondence. Handled the receivables and collections. I can perform different tasks that include posting cash receipts, updating cash flow reports, researching charge backs and making final decision for write off. I am very good in Customer Service as I have been a Customer Service Representative for a total of 12 years. I am a hardworking person and can work in minimal supervision.
