Profile Description

I was employed into different fields wherein I was a previous Customer Service Representative, a TeleSales/Telemarketer, a Senior Research Analyst, a Student Support, a Product Manager and a Virtual Assistant ( Real Estate - Cold Calling and Appointment Setting). 
I have approximately ten years experience combination of homebased and office-based job for sales and customer service experience where I utilize customer satisfaction, product management where I developed skills in handling people, product forecasting, inventory, sales monitoring, marketing plan and negotiating with customers and suppliers, internationally and locally and two years in freelance online work. Having my in depth experience in different fields I was able to develop my skills in people and time management. 

I would describe myself as a strongly determined and highly motivated person. I do take my job seriously with passion, commitment to excellence and dedication but I’m able to see things in perspective. I am optimistic and at the same time realistic. I believe I aUpgrade to see actual infoticulous with every outcome of my actions and always open to constructive criticisms as it will help me to improve my work, my work ethics and myself. I am very good at finding alternative solutions to problems. I am also a risk-taker because I believe that it is better to try it out that wander what it could have been. To sum it up,  I am a positive and enthusiastic person with a heart and dedication to improve process and contribute progress to the company brand name.
