I am a former Customer Relationship Executive in the Insurance Industry and now actively seeking an opportunity with new roles. In my previous role, I was able to built and maintain a healthy relationship with client by being with them from the start of the application process until the end of their insurance policy contract that leads to the policy renewals. I have also proved my organizational skills and attention to details by keeping track of our records in google sheet and entering the policy details accurately in our SAIBA System.

I am also currently learning a new skill as a bookkeeper and payroll accountant and have finished Online Course for XERO Software and Intuit Quickbooks.
