I’ve worked as a customer service representative for more than a decade, where I honed my skills in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, fund transfer requests, payment processing, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. I am adept at maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor even in challenging situations.
My experience extends beyond front-line customer interactions. I also have a solid understanding of back-office processes, including data entry and documentation. Additionally, my exposure to audit procedures has given me a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Prior to working in the BPO industry, my very first job was data entry where my responsibilities include entering and updating large volumes of data, verifying the accuracy of information, and ensuring data integrity - which I value at all times.
I am proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and specialized data entry systems. My ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies has allowed me to streamline processes and improve efficiency in my previous roles.
