Profile Description

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business

• Maintains accuracy of personnel records and data with the highest level of confidentiality and
discretion
• Works with department managers on all staffing needs
• Innovative recruiting process for all positions
• Served Memorandum and Orientating Company
• Dole Relations based on the Labor Code.
• Ability to develop professional and advisory relationships with senior leaders within the
organization.
• Must have passion for understanding the business and the linkages to talent management and
development.
• Must have a professional maturity and ability to advise on sensitive issues.
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and change leadership skills: verbal, written,
counseling, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills for both internal and external
audiences.
• Develop and administer HR plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
• Plan, organize, and control activities and actions of the HR department.
• Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
