Profile Description

I have experience as a Lead Generation Specialist for almost 8 years. I am currently seeking new opportunities to widen my experience and diversify my skills in the Business Process Outsource industry.

I also have experience in Customer Service. I worked under a telecommunication company account based in United States which is Sprint Telecommunication. My responsibility that time as a CSR is to cater the needs and complaints of our customers which needs to have empathy and strong communication skills in order to address the issue of the customers.

Before I graduated in college, I landed my first work experience in the Senate of the Philippines as an Admin Assistant under former Senator Bong Revilla Jr. Our task is to take notes of what we've heard and learned during every hearing.

After college I became a Sales Associate in Crocs Incorporated. After my contract in Crocs, I dUpgrade to see actual info to enter the Business Process Outsource industry and became a Deal Representative and Lead Generation Specialist in Taskus under a US based account which is Upgrade to see actual info and Tableau Software.

As a Deal Representative in Upgrade to see actual info, we're responsible for generating codes and vouchers, look for deals in an e-commerce website and create the deals to publish it in our database.

As a Lead Generation Executive, we're the ones responsible for generating good leads and need to make it stay-up to date information or data, process leads in a CRM and communicate with the sales team to have a better understanding of the data.

Tools I trust in generating leads are Salesforce, Data,com, Zoominfo, Winmo, Social Media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google, Google Chrome Extensions like Upgrade to see actual info, Reachout, Similarweb and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
