Profile Description

I have been in the customer service field since 2012 when I first worked for an American Bank outsourcing in the Philippines. Worked for almost 3 years before it was shutdown due to the business need. After that, I went into Sales field working as a Financial Consultant for an insurance-investment company making its headlines nowadays in the Philippines and other Asian countries. After almost 3 years, I have moved to Malaysia and worked for an e-commerce company providing food service delivery leading in Asia with parent company based in Germany. On this current job, I have been a seasoned worker ranging work experiences from customer service, to monitoring, support and currently handling Client relations management.
With a total of more than ten years in the service industry, I am confident that I can provide a superb service in an efficient and time-sensible manner.
