Profile Description

As an athena expert, I help busy providers to have more time focusing on providing quality patient care as I take care of your billing needs. As you are focusing on your patients, I can do the following:
- Manage Clinical Inbox tasks
- Claims, Payment Posting, Appeals, CPT Code review
- Patient Scheduling
- Patient Billing Inquiry
- Create reports for A/R and payments received
As a Collector strong representative in athena, I am fully equipped in analyzing complex claim issues such as takebacks, balance forward, insurance posting (manual payment batches / custom adjustment codes) and overpayments.
I also worked for various BPO companies in the Philippines doing customer/technical service for over a decade.
My almost 6 years experience as a Client Support Representative at athenaHealth EMR makes me an expert in athena navigation and troubleshooting. I was part of the Advanced Tech Team that provides helpdesk assistance with regard to dropping claims, clearing holds, create custom report types, patient scheduling, encounter notes, lab orders, electronic prescriptions, referrals, clinical functions, claims billing and payment posting within athenaHealth.
