I have 9 years of call center experience. I have been a technical support, sales and customer service representative. I also have a 1year experience in working home-based. I was an appointment setter for an insurance company.
I am willing to undergo training acquire new skills to improve the skills I already have and to eliminate any bad practices that I might have.
I have good organizational skills. I am very detail-oriented and I'm capable of multitasking.
I have a desktop computer for the sole purpose of a home-based job. I have a decent internet connection of up to 5MBPS.
