-Checking leads coming in through the website
-Answering questions about the properties being sold
-Making sure that all posted units are of complete details and accurate photos
-Converting the leads into tenants, moving them in on AppFolio
-Attending to service/maintenance requests submitted by tenants
-Calling vendors or appropriate technicians to help with requests submitted by tenants
