I have been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years. I am currently employed as a Public Servant in the position of Administrative Aide in a public hospital. As a public servant in a hospital, we usually engaged to people who are financially unstable. We help them get treated without paying the hospital charges. As a customer service representative, it is quite hard to received a call from someone who is going through illness, and as a representative you have to be patient, you have to make them feel that you are there to help them. Because sometimes most of our caller just need someone to talk to. I don't have any experience yet as a Virtual Assistant the only thing I can assure is that I am not applying just because I wanted. It is because, I want to learn new things, so the eagerness learn new things I did my research about the job description. Yes,I am currently employed however, my schedule is not that tight. I can work from 12am-6am/4pm10pm Philippine Standard Time. If you would consider my application, I'd be honored to take part.
