Profile Description

I have been in Sales/Data Entry and Finance/Accounting for 12 years - currently working with IBM for the last 4 years. I have advanced experience in sending emails to clients, customers and credit bureau.
Initially, I performed Credit Management and with my exemplary performance I was promoted as Team Lead for Credit and Collection - handling 11 direct reports.
Major achievements I had with my current employer could be
1. Being part of pioneer group who started the account - to which I was part of the Knowledge Transition team.
2. Consistently being awarded as top performer as Credit Analyst and even as Team Lead
3. I have been part of automation team - which I work closely with RPA team to improve processes for Credit Management and Collection
