I worked as a customer service representative in a BPO setting for almost two years. For the first six months, I handled a healthcare account, where I primarily answered general questions about the plans, assisted with directory inquiries, and made calls to doctors or transportation services to schedule appointments for customers. I also handled a telecommunications account, where my responsibilities included billing, payments, answering general questions, creating new customer accounts, processing port-ins and port-outs of numbers, and performing basic troubleshooting.
One of my greatest accomplishments in my career as a customer service representative is becoming one of the top agents. I have consistently maintained high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores and one of our clients recognized me as one of the agents who has never been late and consistently adheres to scheduled tasks.
