I have been communicating to our insureds account managers if there are errors or noticed concerns that need attention to be corrected. I manage my time through task priority to make sure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner with accuracy. Detailed-orientated and keen eye to make sure policies match our system. Additionally, I was assigned to enter claims in our system and attached the loss notices to ensure that every claim has been documented properly.
