My expertise is in project management and doing administrative tasks. I am proficient in investigating things that you need. I can organize all the tasks you need to accomplish. I can communicate with anyone in the English language fluently. But more importantly, I get excited about learning new tools that you will require for the completion of certain tasks in any field.
I was an Account Associate at VXI Global for two months. I handled customers from one of the largest telco companies in the United States. I managed calls regarding internet, cable, and other general queries. I troubleshoot software and hardware concerns as well. Overall, I contributed to the team with 75% customer satisfaction.
I have also an experience in project management during my internship for an Engineering firm. I checked the number of workers, verified the materials going in and out of the site, inspected the progress on each floor level, directed tasks on schedule, and reported to the site engineer. During my stay, we managed and completed 90% of the tasks for the construction project.
If you require me to learn a specific program, I am willing to undergo training. If training is not possible, I am an independent person who can learn things on my own. I can adapt easily once I get things under my hook.
