I am a Civil Engineer with various working experiences in different fields including Real Estate Appraisal, Franchise Acquisition, Sales & Business Development and the Construction field. But as of late, I have focused my career in the Academe and I love teaching Mathematics and Engineering subjects. In my free time, I love to travel, watch movies, learn a language, play computer games or explore outdoors. My interests include photography, music and unique culture. I have been giving tutorials to High School students since I was a college student myself. When I graduated, I did some side gigs teaching international students English, Math and Science. My experiences include students in China and Japan. I have also worked part time in Japan as language support teacher to Filipino students studying in Junior High School. Recently, I was hired by ZHL Consulting company to aid students with Dyscalculia and other international students enrolled in China who have trouble with Mathematics. My latest student (Grade 10) greatly improved her grades and gained back her confidence at school. Also, I teach Basic Japanese to beginners.

I used to work at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) as a real estate appraiser. I worked there for almost 3 years. I assessed houses and buildings, both constructed and under construction. It was my duty to give the current market value of the property and I have served hundreds and even thousands of clients during my stay at the bank.

I have studied and worked in Japan for 2 years. My speaking and reading skills are intermediate. I have passed the N3 Level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test in 2017. Eversince, I have been teaching Beginner’s level Japanese as a side gig.
