Answer provider queries about member eligibility and benefit *Check member benefits, Eligibility, Authorization and Claims * SME - helped my teammates with their questions about the process * POC - Assign to Lead our team every time that our supervisor is on leave - reporting about agents' adherence and attendance, advise the team if there's any update or announcement during that day.
