Hello! I've had an experience for almost 2 years as an Insurance Agent Assistant. My job included administrative tasks. It involves me updating the CRM, answer clients inquiries either via call or email. I also cater to the clients' requests by reaching out to the carriers. I am also responsible for making sure that insurance premiums are paid by working with the mortgage companies,banks or lenders. I also am responsible for sending documents and making sure they are e-signed. I look after the fax messages to make sure all requests like updating mortgagee clauses. I have 10++ years experience with Customer Service and Retention and know how to keep clients happy and satisfied.
