In my previous roles as an amazon virtual assistant at Syntiga Ltd. for 5 years, I have successfully managed various administrative tasks, including amazon seller account management, listing optimization, reports filing, product research, ppc optimization  and data entry. 
I am proficient in using a wide range of productivity tools and software, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, my strong communication skills enable me to effectively liaise with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across different time zones, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration. 

My duties included but not limited to:
-Managed client Amazon seller central account
-Sending reports on product daily sales, Revenue sales, PCC report
-Processed FBA reimbursement/ claims for lost and damages products-Amazon Customer Service (emails)
-Manual listing and variation listing via flat file
-Amazon feedback request-Creation of Amazon cases for account and listing issues-Checked FBA Inventory
-Inventory forecast
-Basic PPC Optimization
-Listing/editing listing through flatfile
