I also had the chance and opportunity to handle clients in need of rides and reservations. During that time, my tasks revolved around fixing client itineraries and making reservations. I had to always make sure that whenever they needed the ride, I pin locations correctly for them to be picked up and dropped off accurately. During my time here, I was also introduced to basic bill reading and explanation to ensure clarity on the client's confusion on specific charges.And lastly, making Itineraries has always been fun as I had the opportunity to explore different activities clients may be able to do across the country.
