Digital Marketing Specialist, HR Specialist

As I started my internship I have a minimal knowledge about recruitment, but with the help and guidance of my supervisor it only took me a week to learn the recruitment process starting from the screening of resumes to interviewing them, and on to their deployment. I was able to deploy more than 5 applicants during my internship.

I started using Canva during my college years, but I was able to explore and learn more from Canva during my internship. One of my duties as an intern was to keep the company's Facebook careers updated with job vacancy, holiday posters, job fair posters, and some miscellaneous posters during Sunday. Not only i was able to explore the Canva, but it also helped me to be more creative, precise and also be detail-oriented with my work.

During my internship not only I was doing recruitment process, but I was also helping the Learning & Development Teams on organizing a program for events inside the headquarters. My team and I were able to organize a program which made all of the employees of the company became very happ.y with the event, based on their feedbacks on the event

My internship experience helped me improve a lot with my time management. As I have a lot of duties, I was able to manage my works by making a plan for the day. I start my day by listing all of my to-do list, starting with the work that I need to priority the most up to the least. This method helped me a lot and I was able to finish all of my duties in a day most of the time.

During my college years, I often consider by group mates as the leader for a group works. One of my favorite task during my college years, was when we were given a task to sell products to students for a week. Our chosen products that time was necklace, bracelet and phone charms made from beads, bags, and rings and earrings. We chose those products as we have also consider the students allowance. I also encouraged my group mates that time to do everything the can to sell all of our products by sharing our products wit their friends, posting it on their social media and also sell it in every room on the campus in order to gain more customers. At the end of the week, I was very happy with my groupmaates and with the result of our hardwork as we were the only group who gained the highest revenue.
