General Support Assistant

I’ve got extensive experience in graphic design, with most of my work done on Canva, which I’ve been using for about 3-4 years. Back then, I’ve also played around with other apps like Inkscape for vector work, Microsoft Suite such as PowerPoint, Word, and Publisher, and IbisPaint for custom illustrations. My design skills are backed up by art-related coursework from my previous architecture studies, including Visual Tech and Graphics classes, which gave me a strong base in design principles.

I have experience in administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing files, and handling correspondence. I’m dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and am open to learning new tools and methods to enhance my support skills.

I have a solid background in graphic design, primarily using Canva for the past 3-4 years. Canva’s tools have enabled me to create a range of eye-catching designs for my university, which they have used for promotional purposes. I can provide a portfolio of my previous work upon request.

I have a strong grasp of English, particularly in writing, where I feel most confident. However, I am also capable of handling verbal communication and am comfortable managing spoken interactions as needed.

I have recently began exploring Figma, mainly for email and website designing.

I have experience in basic video editing, with a primary focus on video directing. My work includes collaborating on or creating the vision and script for the video, directing the production, and editing the video to ensure that the final product meets quality standards and aligns with the original concept. I primarily use CapCut for my work.

I have a basic understanding of data management and am eager to learn and improve in this area. I’m committed to expanding my skills and applying what I learn to effectively manage and organize data.
