Customer Service/Virtual Assistant

As an Event Coordinator at StylizedbyDenmark, I was responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ranging from corporate functions to private celebrations. My role involved working closely with clients to understand their needs, conceptualizing unique themes, and ensuring every detail was tailored to their vision. This included managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing logistics to ensure seamless event execution. I handled multiple aspects of event management, such as venue selection, contract negotiation, and timeline creation. I also supervised on-site setups, managed event staff, and ensured that all elements—from decorations to catering—were perfectly aligned with the client’s expectations. My ability to multitask and problem-solve on the fly was crucial in delivering successful events that left lasting impressions. My experience at StylizedbyDenmark sharpened my organizational, communication, and leadership skills, allowing me to thrive in fast-paced environments. I developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of client relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. These experiences have strengthened my ability to manage all aspects of event coordination, from planning to execution.

During our research presentation with the topic "Factors affecting proficiency in public speaking of the 3rd year Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English" I was awarded "Best Presenter in Research".
