Helping clients on their decision in terms of buying an item from the company. Product knowledge is the key to ensure that you can explain properly to the clients all the necessary. Providing clients needs. When clients have a complaint, makes sure that you always hear them and handle the situation in a calm and professional manners.

Attend and answer all the inquiries of the client, and giving the best solutions. Helping the clients to grow their business by providing support (e.g. administrative, sales, etc)

Create a content and upload photo be posted in company’s social media platforms (e.g. Instagram & Facebook) Attend and answer all inquiries of the client through comment section, live chat and personal message on the page, taking orders through online. Prepare quotation, closing the deals and making sure for the clients to feel satisfied on her/his purchase.
