Profile Description

As a newly certified Medical Virtual Assistant with knowledge in HIPAA, I bring a fresh perspective to healthcare administration, backed by comprehensive training in medical office management and patient support. I am dedicated to leveraging my skills to enhance practice efficiency and improve patient experiences.
I have a background in Pharmaceutical setting and face to face patient handling, I've experience handling patient and relative counselling in regards with taking there medicines, and I also handled inbound and outbound calls from doctors, nurses and other hospital.
I've been working in the private hospital here in our province with ISO certified for almost 5 years. I choose to change my career from working onsite in hospital to be a Virtual Medical Assistant, so that I can handle my own time and no more hassle in commuting. Before I dUpgrade to see actual info to pursue this career I take up online trainings on becoming a Certified Medical Assistant so that I am familiarize in the world that I want to join with. 
I am also graduated with the bachelor degree in Information Technology with that, I think it is my advantage because it will not be difficult to me to learn or adopt new tools that's needed in Medical Virtual Assistant because, I believe I am technical savvy.
