I am open and flexible to work for Ecommerce since I used to work with foreign client before. I was exposed to navigating tools like CRM, Shopify, Zendesk, RingCentral, Trello and etc. I played the role of Customer Support who is mainly responsible for answering emails and taking phone calls at the same time.
