Service Delivery Manager in Intuit QuickBooks

- Providing demonstration, training and technical assistance to the consumer/users thru zoom, google meet, MS-Teams etc. - Answering customer queries thru email and outbound calls. - Providing schedules of the webinars/seminars, booking them to the Inside Account Manager and negotiating as well for them to pursue the product. - Analyzing what platform or edition customer needs on their business and walking them through the process of the do’s and don’ts on the software.

- Data entry on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable. - Data entry on their Sales and Expenses. - Helping analyzing the reports such as the Profit and Loss, Balance - Doing reconciliation to make sure on a monthly basis the books are coinciding what is happening in reality vs data entry for accurate measures. - Helping client to download entry coming from their bank or Online banking.
