Manage Inbound calls of the customer with their inquiries or issue of their card. Ensuring the security of the account through verification to prevent fraud. Managing supervisor calls when the level 1 or Tier 1 agents are unable to resolve the issue. Processing disputes in case of fraud or unauthorized transactions

Identify and/or validate all relevant information which includes the medical provider’s demographics, medical records contact, and the presence of the requested chart(s) for HEDIS and PIA review Conduct research to find a resolution when medical records are not available or demographic data is incorrect Reading and filing medical charts based on valid provider and patient encounters Set appointments for medical records retrieval via phone with adherence to the Privacy Act and HIPAA regulations
