I am proficient in Microsoft Office and excel in customer engagement and inventory management. My leadership abilities complement my organizational and management expertise. Additionally, I have a solid understanding of project management, including risk management, project planning, and task management. My capabilities extend to process optimization and data analysis, ensuring efficient and effective project outcomes. I am confident in using Gmail, Outlook, and Google Workspace for email management.  Google calendar, notion, google task, and slack for calendar management. I am also proficient in using Canva, Adobe photoshop, and pics art for graphic designs. I utilize Google workspace such as docs, sheets, drive, and Microsoft office for document management. I also have  acknowledge in using Xero and Quickbooks for accounting.
