Profile Description

I am a very motivated and a very passionate individual who prides himself to being detail oriented and being a learner by nature. I've had a number of jobs from different industries which I could say really helped shape the man I am today. My longest and most challenging work was being a Customer Service Representative. My work was mostly done with emails, we communicate with customers using Zendesk. This was under the company IPSY, a global make up brand. I've been with them for 1 year and 10 months. I've also had experience with calls under the company Bell, however I was only there for 2 months, which makes my Customer Service experience a total of 2 years. My most memorable job however, was when I became a contact tracer during the pandemic. We were hired to help medical professionals with monitoring patients who was diagnosed with the virus. We would take in calls and messages from different patients everyday, we were basically a call center. Sometimes we would go out and help with the vaccinations, tests, and other medical related activities. I've had this job for almost 2 years. I've also tried working in a hotel as a Food Banquet, which only lasted 2 months. I also had experience as an English Tutor for foreign students for 3 months. Overall, my previous jobs and experiences really helped me gain the confidence and knowledge for my next job, hopefully all of these will be able to help me land a new one on this platform as well.
